The Buff & Coat process lightly abrades the topcoat of your floor to remove cosmetic scratches and other minor surface damage. Then we apply a fresh topcoat, to renew the fresh, lustrous look of your attractive hardwood. You’ll love your floors again!

Buff & Coat is a Dustless, Odorless, and Done-in-a-Day Process .

Our efficient, three-step process keeps mess and odor to a minimum.

First, we clean. With special cleaners, we remove dirt, residue, and other cleaning products from your floor.

‍

Then, we buff. We lightly abrade the topcoat of your floor using a dustless sanding process which removes minor imperfections. Then, we vacuum up any mess with our HEPA filter vacuum which keeps the dust with us and out of your home.

Finally, we coat. We apply a premium, waterborne, low -VOC polyurethane finish that leaves no lingering odor. It’s environmentally- friendly and safe for children and pets.
